First things first….I’ve been slacking. You may have noticed our fortnightly blog post is way over that mark…why? WE’VE JUST BEEN SO BUSY!! And as much as I’m loving blogging, I’m loving all the hair I’ve been creating more so we’ll give you a little catch up on salon life.
I can’t believe how fast this year is going already! How are we almost March?! On a slightly sad-emoji note we’ve waved goodbye to one of our team members since the last blog. Our Saturday girl Jazzy has flown the nest and I know a lot of our regular weekend clients will be sad to see the relaxing hair shampoos from Jaz are no more….fear not though because Tam has got the head massages on solo lockdown and we all know her teas are legendary!! But we’ve waved Jaz off with lots of good luck in her next chapter and we hope you’ll see her face pop up when she drops by to see us at the salon….which she’s promised she’ll do (so don’t forget us Jazzy!!)
You’ll probably have seen on our media feeds that Tameesha has been busy perfecting her skills. She’s flying through her assessments and her weekly training sessions will soon be opened up to live models so keep your eyes peeled for more info on this.
I’m sure you’ve all seen Hayley joined us back in November and it now feels like she’s never not been here. Her extension work has already landed her in February’s Great Lengths Hair of Fame entries and it’s the last few days of voting so don’t forget to head over to the website and give her your vote! And me? Well I’m gearing myself up for a couple of colour courses I have booked in March. I’m off to London to perfect my balayage and bleaching skills and I’m looking forward to putting it into play in the salon-no doubt your Instagram feeds will be flooded with the proof!
I also can’t believe that we’re fast heading towards our FIRST BIRTHDAY! We’ll be putting our heads together to plan the celebrations and I’m sure they’ll include prosecco somewhere along the lines.
