We’ve only bloody done it!! Black Sheep Hair Company is ONE YEAR OLD!! I cannot believe we’ve made it through the terrifying first year…..I still feel like a total fraud saying I own a salon!
It may only be 365 days to some people but it’s been the most rewarding/scariest 365 days of my life and it’s all been made possible with you lovely lot! I literally can’t thank my amazing clients enough! (Along with my brilliant friends who have forgiven me for going AWOL this past year, my fantastic family for supporting me every step of the way and convincing me that my under-eye bags are not growing by the day and for my lovely business/life partner James for listening to nothing but hair talk for 18months+ and letting me buy plants to my hearts content!)
So thank you to every single person who’s walked through our door, to every review left on our Google and Facebook pages, to each comment or like left on social media, to all the local businesses who have supported us in one way or another and to my brilliant team who work hard every day to help me build Black Sheep H.C (Is it just me or is this getting very Oscar-speech-ess?!)
This week we have vegan Prosecco and cupcakes on offer (thank you to the lovely Sarah from For The Love Of Vegan Cake!!) so if you’re passing by be sure to drop in! And we’ll have a birthday treat running on our Instagram page so keep your eyes peeled over there!
We’re so excited to continue our eco-conscious hair journey with you all and look forward to growing our flock over the coming months. Education is still on the agenda for this year (we had great fun with the two Not Another Academy visits we had through March) as we continue to bring you the most up to date techniques and insta-worthy hair and of course we’ll be doing it all as greenly as possible! Earth Day is later this month and we have a few little plans with this so make sure you’re following us on Instagram and Facebook to see what we’re up to.
